With a strong commitment to excellence and a passion for making a positive impact, we are seeking a dynamic and driven District Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach in the Southeast. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet company sales and production goals, reporting on key metrics and trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, providing training, guidance, and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, building strong relationships with key clients and partners


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in stormwater or a construction related product.
  • Proven influencing skills and closing abilities in a high-pressure, constantly changing environment.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to understand P&L and profitable sales margins
